That is a great practice for both in and out of work, Holly. An judgement-free atmosphere will be appreciated by not only your employees, but also your peers and friends. Keep it up!

I try to make it safe by never passing judgment. Not just at work but in life in general. I'd like to believe my employees would agree that I offer a safe environment for them to express their concerns about me as a leader, the company in which we work, their personal issues, etc.

I am honored you feel that way. Thanks for reading!

Very simple yet true and when I read this blog, it never fails to drive home a good message. Thank you, Susan.
