Mike, I wish you the greatest success in your next phase of life. I would say that I know we will miss you but I know all to well we will keep in touch for many years to come. Congratulations!

That is great to hear! It’s not always easy to do, but removing “busy” from your regular vocabulary is actually very freeing.

I fully understand your "expiration date". In fact I have one........June 30th :) After that I'll be around primarily on Monday mornings however, Kristi and Todd will be here for any concerns.

I enjoy your Wednesday "words of wisdom".

After your Stick it to Leadership talk at RDC I realized I use busy often. I realized I was using it as a crutch to gain what, I don't know, maybe empathy? I realized though my 'busy' is almost always self-inflicted. I decided to think about why I sign up for so many things, and I realized it's because I enjoy being involved. Once I had that realization I decided I'm no longer busy but living life... And guess what? I kind of like it!
